Past Tense Verbs
~7 min
Past tense verbs tell us about actions that already happened. We usually add -ed to regular verbs (e.g., 'walk' -> 'walked').
Adding -ed for Past Actions
Yesterday, I walk-ed to the park.
When an action happened in the past, we show it by adding -ed to the end of a regular verb. For example, walk becomes walked.
💡 Look for the -ed at the end of the word to know it already happened.
